There’s a decent amount of recreational activities you can do in these rural regions, especially in the digital age. A lot of people (within the big cities) throughout these recent decades have started to barely go out that much, and just stay home to play on their console or PC.
@oakvillehigh Yeah, I agree with that. America is general is like that. Were all stuck in our boxes glued to our screens. Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and a few others are like this.
my kind of town, tired of major cities here in cali. packing up by the end of the month and be on a road trip soon and hopefully be there before christmas.
I think these villages will become more attractive in coming years, at the condition that services are available, and that salaries are attractive enough to bring new qualified people, like teachers, doctors, etc
Just a suggestion: why not have some community project: cattle rearing, chicken maybe or fruit orchards. Well, you could be a mini suppliers of fruits , vege, etc to the nearest town or city. Anything that keep people busy, occupied and start living. I grew up watching cowboys and indian movies so why not re-live the old wild west. That is how the true American Dreams started, isn't it not?
Esse é o tipo de lugar que eu gostaria de viver. Serenidade. Sem crime organizado. Sem trânsito. Sem tormentos das grandes cidades. E etc. Eu adoro essas vilas do interior dos Estados Unidos.
grace, when you arrive at the trail, is when you could have given your report on why you have not followed instructions. you wont have internet access, at least that ill be able to respond to. but youll have your sense of direction and your faith in the wild wild west. which is fine, but its not part of your instructions.
Just like it’s take community to raise a child. It takes people to keep a community going. Really love what you did in your town.
I like this kinda place...peace and quiet.. no traffic jammed.....cool people......
You'll probably get bored after 2 months.

Most of the major cities are controlled by the Dems. No wonder people are getting out of cities.

Wow, all it took was building a grocery store, and a village is saved.
Gives the kids some skills to keep them from starving in the future.
Cody is peaceful.

Same thought here too. I hope there are in a good place.
