This the best tutorial I have found in RUclips. Brilliantly explained. I am lucky to find this video earlier before creating myths and half-knowledge in my mind. I already shared the link to my colleagues who are also struggling in youtube to find a to-the-point tutorial. Also thanks for the refence urls in the pdf. As per my understanding, I found the Bitcoin concept much easy to understand than the Etherium protocol. There is so much in Etherium. I have few questions though... If possible then please reply: 1. 4*10^-9 speed for individual miner or of full network? 2. If no trxn was picked for low charges and dropped after 7days,then what about the actual transaction that was performed by the node? 3. During competing for nodes, there also what happened to the transaction stored in a block that was dropped?

It was a really nice course with perfect explanation. I have few question on the Gas limit. 1. How the sender would know what should be the Gas limit for the transaction? 2. How a layman who wants to send let's say 2 ether to someone would know what is Smart contract and what should be the GAS will be required for it? Basically how he/she would know about the mathematical calculation behind the smart contract? 3. Is it different for different transactions? If yes then how someone would know it before hand?

One very basic question comes in mind: There is set up cost for a centralized application and we need to deal with load on server, latency etc. and to overcome these we use scaling and autoscalling process in place. But here in this case of dApp we would need to setup multiple nodes i.e then there would be multiple server(node). The cost would be huge: a organization for example private blockchain needs to setup multiple node. Sir cost of setup ? my question might be silly but as I have more than 10 year of experience working for centralized application when I am thinking of dApps these kind of thought hounds me
Just i would like to point out one things in hashing algorithms 1) Withstand collisions (Collision Resistance ) basically means no two inputs functions a,b should have same output functions H(a),H(b) H is collision-resistant if it is hard to find two inputs that hash to the same output .Saw this on google
In proof of stake, validators get selected depending upon amount of eth they stake. But what do they do after getting selected? How do they verify transactions? And who finds hash here in pos?

It was a really nice course with perfect explanation. I have few question on the Gas limit.
1. How the sender would know what should be the Gas limit for the transaction?
2. How a layman who wants to send let's say 2 ether to someone would know what is Smart contract and what should be the GAS will be required for it? Basically how he/she would know about the mathematical calculation behind the smart contract?
3. Is it different for different transactions? If yes then how someone would know it before hand?
It will be auto calculated in the person wallet. There are website that can help you to calculate the gas fee.
Also if end user is using metamask wallet it auto calculates the gas.

I have one doubt, the time that required for Nonce expiration will also be depending on data size stored in block? If the size of the data increase in block then computation time required to create the hash will also will increase. E.g. The time required to compute hash on 10KB data will be less than that of 100KB data. Please provide your thoughts.

One very basic question comes in mind: There is set up cost for a centralized application and we need to deal with load on server, latency etc. and to overcome these we use scaling and autoscalling process in place. But here in this case of dApp we would need to setup multiple nodes i.e then there would be multiple server(node). The cost would be huge: a organization for example private blockchain needs to setup multiple node. Sir cost of setup ? my question might be silly but as I have more than 10 year of experience working for centralized application when I am thinking of dApps these kind of thought hounds me

Just i would like to point out one things in hashing algorithms 1) Withstand collisions (Collision Resistance ) basically means no two inputs functions a,b should have same output functions H(a),H(b) H is collision-resistant if it is hard to find two inputs that hash to the same output .Saw this on google

In proof of stake, validators get selected depending upon amount of eth they stake. But what do they do after getting selected? How do they verify transactions? And who finds hash here in pos?
