How to diy a thin 0816 feeder with worm for openpnp

reminds me somewhat of the Panda Placer feeders. They work well for larger sized tape but were relatively inconsistent for 0603 and smaller.

To be very accurate and stable, the only option is to use a sprocket feeder. I also opened source two other types sprocket feeder , but their manufacturing costs are not so cheap. Different people have different choices.
