Cheers mate. First time I did this in this video and its fast although the climb up is hard but well worth it. This is a very small part of the descent. Its awesome, you will love it. Don't forget about Spooky Woods at Glentress 10 mins up the road, its great too.
@v1wrc Cheers mate. You can go back up the road a short bit to the cattle truck drop off point, not far to be honest, and join the middle section Make or Brake there. Otherwise it really joins on Caddon Bank at bottom of Make or Brake.
@wheelchairdrunk Cheers mate. First time I have done the trail. Starts at the car park on the push up track then goes right just above the car park onto single track. Very hard climb at the start and a lot harder than Glentress red to be honest. Took us about a 1.5 hours to get up but well worth the descent. Their was a lot more DH trail to come after this and its fast with small drops/rock gardens. Theirs a map on the 7 stanes site which is very good. Try it. its great!
Great video! You really went for it on the top sections, considering you'd never been before. Shame you slowed down and stopped at ~5mins. That part of the trail is nuts when attacking at speed. You can hit 25-30mph riding along a trail which is around 1ft wide!
Cracking video Steven. Looking to ride both Glentress and Inners over May bank holiday weekend. Any decent campsites around that area that you know of? Cheers
Cheers mate. Theirs a few campsites in Peebles but I haven't stayed in any of them. You can camp at Glentress next to the wigwams and it has good facilities. We stayed in the wigwams but not sure how much camping is?
@D13KUND Thanks mate. I knew if the guys in front were okay then I would survive. haha! Ye, that bit we stopped at was just to make sure we were all still in one piece. The bit just after that was fast and tight but great fun but we will know for next time. Cheers!
Nice. Cracking day for it too! Totally bummed at missing it but I'm home now and up for riding anytime.
