    The man spent whole life dedicated to bring happiness to others didn't seem to find it for himself. Too young to die. You had a heart of gold but somewhere, sometime, in the pursuit of happiness, you were lonely and you lost yourself . RIP Tony. You will be missed !

    I enjoyed this, customer care/employee communications is the value commodity of the future.

    Whether Tony met Jesus or not is in question, but for sure he is like modern day Jesus.
    He gave his life to Zappos and delivering happiness doing for others, and in the end he told his closest friends and even his brother, to check on him every 5 minutes..does this sound familiar???
    Identical to Jesus.

    What about migrating fish, dolphins, orcas, how will they survive being blocked out of their home water?

      Yes. And it matters. I used to call Verizon and emote all the time. Been with them 20 years.

    I guess part of his recipe for happiness was lots of drugs and alcohol. Seems the news media are just catching up to that fact.

    Sadly no happiness in his final years as an addict. Very sad

      Oh he became an addict? how? with wrong friends or environment ?

    • @swisstrader
      @swisstrader 4 года назад +3

      @@sallyho146 sadly, his life became a cliche. Bad friends, bad decisions, loneliness, drugs and then a suspicious fire in a locked storage container.

      @@swisstrader that is sad and he was wasted at the end. He was a few months older than me. Getting into the right environment and meeting the right friends are very important. His parents must be devastated.
