Hi Lucia, from just south of the Oregon/Cali border! Nice jar! I keep telling myself to drive up to Portland to shop. Anyhow, that large Jasper stone looks to be part of a bolo tie. It’s broken, of course, but someone can use it again.
I love the Coro brooch! And what a great deal for the jar at $12. The jars at Goodwill are ridiculously expensive anymore here in the Portland and Vancouver stores anymore.
Makes me curious about the other 2 jars, if this first one is as juicy as it was. I never thought to check antique shops for jewelry, or jewelry jars. I have commonly looked in thrift stores. I will check out antique shops now, though.

That flat white "stone" in used in carpentry..it is used to mark tile and other harder item so you know where to cut..
