He's strong and still youthful so it shouldn't affect him once he's used to it.
I lived in a two story and it got old after awhile….you forget something upstairs and dang running back up those stairs! You’re right as you get older you appreciate one level!
yeah, so true. I was in a two story home when I was in my 30's and had to strategize my day to avoid unnecessary trips up and down. Often I would just choose to spend most of my time either upstairs or downstairs so not freely enjoying the home. Now in my 50's there's no way in hell I'd ever buy a 2 story again. My knees are fine but why put extra stress on them. My Dad's wife is on her second knee replacement and I'm pretty sure it's from their stairs...

Real estate is life!
If I had that kind of money I would move to an acreage, where I would have the space for a real compound. There is no privacy living in the city, although, it was hard to tell how big the lot was on this property. When I was in my early 20’s, I thought properties like this were cool, but not anymore. Too each their own though.
Agree.. this is to “bling bling” and shallow if you ask me.. But they can of course do what they want with their money as they like 😊

get a property NW of cheyenne, larger acres of land, none of the guard gate BS, can do more what ya want, park a boat, and RV on your land, have a large compound, still nice and close to town and easy to get around, still cooler side of town

Your current house is much nicer. This was too boxy. The pool was the only nuce thing
Lived in Green Valley, not everyone loves it but i thought it was great. Easy to get anywhere and my neighbourhood had good size yards. Any home can be renovated and updated to your liking for way cheaper then buying something built by a developer or builder.
The summer heat in Las Vegas seems like a one-level house is the way to go.
This house is amazing,great concept but bye my opinion need more color contrast inside. Absolutely take it😅🙏🏼

Definitely enjoyed this video. As Jay mentioned, some people do enjoy the lifestyle videos he has done, and I am one of those. I would like to see more of them, and also see his business days that involve more than just the "Cutler Cast" or his supplement company. Seeing the ins and outs of his other business ventures would be exciting to watch.

Don't buy a two story, you knees will thank you later. Hire an architect that the two of you can work with. Location is everything. Plan on waiting 3 years to be fully settled--but that should be OK because you like where you live now. Contemporary sucks unless you like living in hotels--too much work to keep clean.

For those who knows Jay is investing in states from the beginning oh his career. He is not a typical bodybuilder who only train sleep and repeat. Actually he is a businessman who can teach us stuff about life and investments. If i am not mistaken he has a degree in Criminalistics , forensic science . When you look at Ronnie he also has a degree in accounting. Actually the guys from that era were different breed. What is the point from all that - not only train but also study! Be smart !

Of all the beautiful amazing places you could live in the US , I dont know why anyone would want to love in Vegas - no rivers , trees , forests - burn to death in the summers - concrete jungle - not an attractive place at all.
