One of my favorite anthems! I remember my mother doing the solo when I was a child... I also remember singing it by her side once I was old enough to join the choir. I can't wait to join her in the heavenly choir! I miss you SO much, Mom!
So beautiful! I can't help but listen in tears! It touched me so much! We will be singing this in our choir! Thank you so much for the beautiful rendition! To God Be All the Glory!
I have never sung this, but it has been a favorite ever since the choir at Grace Chapel, Lexington, MA released it years ago. And this one prominently portrays the organ, & I could sing the tenor part along with the choir. What a joy.
My favorite! Our choir has sung this anthem many times over the years and I never tire of it! I remember learning it just after it's 1979 release, in the early 80's, and performing it at festival, which you see so rarely these days. What an awe-inspiring anthem. It just shows you what can happen when we put to music and sing God's word back to Him!!
I so agree! I, also, have sung it many times in the church choir, and it never gets old or worn out! It’s my favorite. I can barely sing it without tearing up!
I had a dream about this song last night as I wait for Jesus to return. This was one of my favorites to sing in choir, and your video to go along with the song is absolutely beautiful. Thanks for the blessing.
This is by far the perfect video I have seen for this song. I just wish that all the lyrics were shown in the video so everybody can sing in worship while this is being shown. I know this song so I really appreciate all the pictures shown here, I just pray that everyone can see the lyrics and worship with us.
me 3. doing it again and again the last month as we rehearsed for the choir festival. now that it has ended, i still can not get it out of my head. PTL.
This is a beautiful rendition of this song with its lovely video. The only thing I would wish would be that the words to the song would also be captioned on the video. But this is beautiful.
This is a wonderful song! I am teaching the book of Psalms to an adult class of 15 students (approx). I would ask your permission to show this to them. Thank you for your consideration!
Someone below asked the name of the choir that is singing this. I think it is the First Baptist Church Dallas. If you do a search on RUclips you will find their video.
Beautiful. Blessed me this day 10-12-2024. Lifts our hearts and spirits from the depravity of this world to the majesty of heaven.

Love this song! Linda Lee Johnson and Tom Fettke knew exactly what they were doing when they wrote it.
Thank you! I always felt that God wrote this song Himself and just used us to bring it to His people for worship. 🥰
May the Lord bless you!

I can just imagine Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane , His prayers and tears.
Just AMAZING; I have sung this myself in the choir and have heard limitless times from other choirs. But this presentation is my best.
