Currently working with Save and Build homes to develop 2 of these plans on a 70 by 100. Each building will be on 35 by 100. So far so good. My drawings are under review for permit. I will update when permit is approved. Communication with Save and Build has been good. Great job man!

This is a very new design which we are building for a client and is at lintel stage now.

How do you do this and leave in it before u complete the 1st floor
Very easy, the Floor Plan for the Ground Floor has a spacious ensuite Guest Bedroom, + an ensuite room for a househelp + a Guest WC + Kitchen + Dining and Living Area and an inside staircase. Once the decking is done, you just have to cover the top of the stair case and u can live at the ground floor for years (as long as you want before u do the top. The decking has to be done well to avoid leakages during heavy downpours.

What’s the total length of this house
My apologies for the late response sir. Please the plot size is 35ft x 100ft. Construction Area -Ground Floor is 26ft by 57ft... and 1st Floor is 26ft by 59ft. Hope this helps, it is a 4-bedroom ensuite with another ensuite room for househelp and a guest washroom.
