LASAGNA RECIPE:
1 Pack of lasagna pasta
1 16 oz of vegan ricotta cheese
1 Pack of vegan crumble meat
1 jar of marinara sauce
2 packs of vegan mozzarella cheese
4 vegan sausages (field roast brand)
1 yellow onion
1/2 Green bell pepper
1 bulk of roast garlic
1 Tbsp of minced garlic
1 Tbsp of olive oil
2 Tbsp of vegan parmesan cheese
SPICES:
1/2 Tsp of salt
1 Tsp of black pepper
1 Tsp of garlic powder
1Tsp of onion powder
Ricotta Mix
16b oz ricotta cheese
1/2 cup water
1 Tsp of onion powder
1 Tsp of garlic powder
1 Tsp of salt
1 Tsp of black pepper
2 Tbsp of parmesan cheese

I need to give you guys this cashew ricotta recipe!!! The pre made ones do not compare at all.
1cup boiled or soaked cashews drained
1package firm or extra firm tofu drained
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4-1/2 cup nutritional yeast
Dash of almond milk
Dash of olive oil
Lots of garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, vegan parm, salt and pepper
Blend it all together in a food processor and that’s it. You should try it with calzones or pizza!

This was really good and easy! The only thing I would do differently is add a layer of marinara sauce at the very bottom so the bottom noodle wouldn’t stick as much. Thanks so much!

Omg!! Finally made this but added the violife Parmesan cheese in addition to the veg parm To the ricotta and the miyoko’s mozzarella cheese In addition to the Diaya mozzarella shreds and it was the bomb kept Everything else the same! Y’all make some bomb stuff! Everything I’ve tried has been awesome!!!

Just made this recipe it's really good! Next time I'm going to use a little bit less Ricotta. I used the same Ricotta as you guys it was decent. Even just the "meat" filing with the marinara sauce is great alongside some rice, super flavorful! Thank you for this recipe. 💙💛

I made this tonight! Delicious! I couldn’t find the ricotta cheese so I used tofutti sour cream instead along with the follow your heart parmesan cheese. I also had gardein beef crumbles ! Delicious! Next time I will have to add the entire jar of sauce due to it not being moist enough. Thank you for the recipe!
