Usually, foreigners prefer places in the Philippines near beaches. But if you prefer places with higher elevation, I can easily recommend Silang. The weather is slightly cooler than in metropolitan areas. The town is very accessible via major tollways, plus, it's near the city of Tagaytay. 😊
