one of the best tricks for me for improvement is to NOT COUNT REPS or at least only intermittently after days/weeks of doing the excercise. as said in the video. put your focus and concentration FULLY on the movement and coordination of your body inside time & space. think about nothing or think only about feeling your muscle groups. again, do not steadily count and compare this number with your expectation in your head.
Pushup is the most versatile and ancient of exercises. I always do an isometric hold at the end. Makes the muscle as firm as a tractor tire. ALWAY STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER. ❤
