Wow - I served one of my four Korea tours at Camp Humphries (Pyeongtaek) in 1977. I wish this type of creativity existed then. I loved all four tours I spent in Korea, relish the people, and the culture. To see these videos makes me wish I had a few more tours. I remember it was in Pyeongtaek where I first experienced Omurice. A delicious treat I thought was Korean and taught myself to recreate before the Internet existed. To my dismay, when I looked at the internet recipes, I learned it was a Japanese dish. I still make it the way I first experienced it in a nice restaurant one floor above a seedy disco . No worry folks, in later tours I discovered bulgogi and the art of making kimchi. Rock on South Korea, rock on!!!! Hoping for a unified Korea where no Korean eats dirt.

Halfway through the video I stopped and ordered a set of 12 three-inch metal rings (seriously, Amazon says they'll be here on Friday) because this is what I want my cookies to look like from now on. Awesome.
hahaha me too!i usually just use the jumbo ice cream scoop and freeze,they come out perfectly round and thick without the rings but i think i want to try this
As an American, I cheered when I saw the cranberries being mixed with the white chocolate and macadamia nuts. The main place I've had those cookies has been Subway and they are amazing! Very, very sweet, though, but seriously a top-tier cookie to me. Happy that this place makes them given that it's on or close to a U.S. military base :) Edit: Oh, these are chocolate cookies! Subway's are more like a sugar cookie, I suppose. Okay, gonna have to find a place here in my city that maybe has a chocolate version as well! Or, make them myself.
