Agreed for this season, next year if all goes well, I think someone else will be backup and let HH play a position that best sets him up for a potential NFL player.(whatever position). If all goes well which I believe it will

I also think you guys may be selling RB Dowdell SHORT....he is not afraid to run over people, but also is quick and has some great moves..great at following his blockers and doesn't need a big hole to pick up positive yards.
Ranch Bowl was the place. Kind of like the Drumstick on 48th. Bowie in the Checkerboard in St Louis. Ziggy Marley in Negril wasn't bad after seeing and partying with him and melody makers a month earlier at the Ranch Bowl.

Yes, Dylan looked good. I did see a couple of completions where defenders came through with their hands up and some where they ran past. Those would have been sacks in an actual game. With that being said, the future looks great.

Dylan raiola didn’t face a pass rush, but he still played good. It won’t be as easy during the season though.
Yeah these guys forget all these other teams have good QBs and players who want to win. What I find the most funny is Nebraska is the only D1 team that hasn't made a bowl game since 2016. And these guys say the "schedule is easy". Do they know other teams see Nebraska on their schedule and that is their "easy" game? Nebraska is god awful.

Dylan should not know if he’s actually starting until the last week of fall camp. Our last Hiesman trophy winner didn’t know until the season opening Saturday.
I say give Ervin Jr a light load early in the season, let him stay healthy and make sure he’s up to speed. Then increase the load late in the year when teams are worn down, that’s when power backs are most useful. Plus it’d be good to see him actually play a game late in the year!
High quality depth will be a major factor in super conference era. 3 potential starting QBs is the minimum.
Haarberg has improved 3 fold, no more side arm passing and look for secondary receivers!

Yes he had a good practice but so did HH, the only difference was HH didn't turn it over in the red zone. He might be the future but why try and chase away the other two QBs. We all know husker fans will want him gone the second he turns it over.
Finally, huskers have some life back in them. The qbs we’ve had since crouch have been a B at BEST. What trash we had. HH gave us his all and wanted it so bad, not him. But Purdy???? Simms? Dude… we are definitely trending in the right direction.
