Amael is like II from Sleep Token. He takes this masterpiece, which is a beautiful, melodic, ethereal, ear-pleasing song, and he says "Oops, I just recorded the track for a total banger!"

I don't understand why they didn't add this direct version to the EP, it sounds much better with the gospel vocals.

You have to really appreciate that this band writes, mixes and masters their own music to create these incredible and unique sounding compositions. These levels of technicality in their writing, playing, singing, and the overall 'feel' to their music in my opinion is a rare commodity in the music industry today. They're absolutely killing it!!
It is pretty cool that they produce their own music. I think the snare and kick on this song sound better than the previous songs. Sounds more like real drums.
The boys from Periphery produce their songs too, yk

Saw them in Atlanta with ERRA and they should NOT have been an opening band, it was one of the best live performances I’ve ever seen. I will forever support this talented group of people!!

I am 40 years old. I have been suicidal since 14 years old. I never acted on it because I did not want to hurt my parents. I then had kids. I couldn't leave them either. So I have stayed. Now, my parents are dead and my kids are adults. I can finally go. I know they will be ok. I have been battling this for a few years now. I'm just so tired of fighting it.

Novelists are the definition of talent. I love this band so much. Can't believe it took me this long to run across their music. Metalcore, folk rock, alternative, they somehow manage to make it all sound so damn good together.

Those first few seconds of Camille singing in her lower register was the instant hook in this song for me. Beautifully haunting, melancholic, somber, and so full of hope all at once. Another amazing song Camille and Novelists!

I am so on fire for Novelists. This band continues to impress me with their instrumental talent, song composition, melodies, energy, and innovation. I love how big of a swing they took with this music video and it is so unlike the endless copycat metalcore bands in the scene today. 100% kudos to these guys, they have such a promising future and cannot wait for the album!!!

I so agree!! I'm actually one of the rare fans who really started to like the band on the previous singer. It's absolutely bananas I think I might like this incarnation even more!! I really wish they would put out a record and do a PROPER album rollout though. The new single every few months is cool, but I really prefer albums, and this is why. Albums are snapshots into that specific time period of said band. These songs are so sick right now I'm dying to hear a complete record of THIS sound. A lot would argue that this new way of doing singles makes a ton more sense as you can be way more calculated with it. See what's working, see what people are digging and fine tune it on the next track. I'm for and against that as I actually agree with that sentiment as it does make sense! I'm against it though because I think it might actually take away more than it gives. The best music isn't ever tailor made. It happens out of people connecting at a moment in time artistically and creating something out of that. I LOVE seeing bands progress from album to album and I miss that when it's just singles.

Ha mon avis, ils ont définitivement fait une croix sur ce qu’ils étaient avant… maintenant tous le groupe, l’image, le son… tout est orchestré autour de la nouvelle chanteuse… c’est définitivement fini l’époque de Monochrome, souvenir etc… 😢
