What I like about Brandon's channel, is that he is straight to the point and shows the views what happened. There are other investors and content channels out their that over exaggerate and hyper up their content instead of helping the viewers. But Brandon tells the truth and that's why I watch.
Time flies. I remember watching the original videos years ago about the laundromat. You've grown incredibly fast in just 5 years and make it look easy.
I'm doing about 10 hours a week in the background tearing down business financials I need to find a good way to do this on the main Channel without throwing anybody under the bus probably the best way to do what's going to be due and after the fact on the next company I acquire

Maybe if you had your tenants pay their rent in change and dollar bills, and you filmed collecting rent with buckets you would have more views on your rental properties :)
Since you just mentioned the word rob, it is only a matter of time before someone will attempt to rob you and/ or eventually rob you. Please please get a police escort before you collect and deposit your money!
If someone tried to jack him while he was collecting, I doubt he’d have problems with that. 🔫 I’d be more concerned about a break in, if anything, and you know he’s got cameras all over the place.
@@lindawolffkashmir2768 Not someone there could be several people with weapons that would present a problem. You have never seen all these horrendous crime caught on camera. This is a different time cameras meaning nothing to criminals.

I think why coin operated or laundry mats is something some look at vs property/flipping/landlord is its potentially something as an entry into investments at low skill, also not every can swing a hammer or maybe they have a disability or life challenge & trying to find investment opportunities they could do (though like your carwash videos you may need some handyman skills for simple fixes w/o paying others) yes some can get a fha loan but if you can get say seller fiance. I can say for myself like yourself college wasn't an option for me (or right away) and I was doing quite well till I had a work related injury. But now looking at next steps in life & investments. Great videos, I have done fair bit of assuming & its no disrespect, though I think others mentioned it & if your a landlord just be careful with the whole ESA's though I assume if you rent you know differences both ESA's & SD's can be abused but businesses do have rights as well just know though some "know the laws" businesses have rights as well.
I’m 49 and I’ve been watching you for over a year. It’s been my dream to own a laundromat. The IDEAL laundromat. When I was little, all the laundromats in my area were run by men who seemed to dislike their customers. They were rude and always refused to refund any money for any reason. I want to open a laundromat that’s family friendly. Just like there’s some in places that are singles friendly that even have bars. No way I would ever discriminate against moms and kids.
In one of your videos you were talking about some sort of loan where you had $10,000 and that was all you needed to purchase something. Can you tell me what that was again? Thank you in advance.
Wow Ang daming Pera sa iyong coins laundry nakakatuwa talaga Ang iyong business masaya ako para Sayo kaibigan kaya Naman akoy humahanga sa iyong tinatamasa
Owner op that had to pay for fuel and maintenance. They never talk about the $30k engine replacements and when fuel goes up 100% overnight but load rates don't.
@@InvestmentJoy Used to work in sales at a trucking company. After a year of losses on less dense routes, they finally had to add a fuel surcharge on all routes. About 5% of the customers were furious and refused to pay but came around over the next year.
Yep all that money this guy been stacking has gone to his head and turned him into evil Jeff bezos. He ditched the leather jacket and is rocking the sport coat.
The even more frustrating part is even with service dogs what stops someone from putting a vest on their dog..... Nothing for the most part(few states have laws but hard to enforce since ada is vague). Though I hate for local or federal getting involved in stuff when they can't follow laws we already have but will say as a handler I don't have an issue with the new TSA requirements, now don't get me wrong I am a dog lover and don't think dogs should be with luggage(as long as they are behaved like unruly pass should be put with cargo) but getting a vest/id package from Amazon or Google doesn't mean crap & honestly easiest way to see a fake SD is usually the ID badge proudly in view & the owner being a lawyer from web law school knowing all the laws & probably have cards with misinformation that they got off the web. Have I had issues yep but usually when I educate a business I not only explain my rights but their rights as a business & most don't know they have rights as well. This being said I am going to assume few things here, with the media being there not the time to get into it with a customer, though this guy seems very nice & probably be his answer anyways(being a landlord he is probably familiar with esa vs SD), also seeing the person is in a motorized chair they might have some kind of disability(even if it's not visible, though there are grifters that use cheaper motorized & manual chairs vs say $25k+ permobile fited & Rx chair ) it might just be easier to allow ESA but if it gets like flying things may change, like though not often but have seen like home depot ask someone with aggressive non-working dog to leave. But I do also see his side of it for allergies, like my old supervisor was highly allergic but he loves dogs & he would take meds just so he could pat my SD(he asks me 1st but with what I do usually b/c I have my own key controlled office my SD is off lead & usually allow people I let in my office to pat him )
I'm pretty good with observations, the gazette (pretty much every town/city in ohio has a gazette) and from what I can hear (kinda hard of hearing) it's in Ross County so it shouldn't be too hard to try and Google the gazette newspaper.
