It's because they'll be like "oh what's their quirk!"(this is just an example) "They don't have a quirk" "HAHA QUIRKLESS LOSER" (that's bakugo) "That's so cool! Can I meet them?" Blah blah blah you get it It the quirk part that gets me mad Because they're not from their universe
Well it would make sense in the dialog if they thought a character from another universe with powers had a quirk, since in the MHA universe most of the population has one. And keep in mind usually right after they ask something like "they have a quirk?" "What's their quirk" after they see a power, the creator explains the universe thing so yeah-
