    Always feel so good after your workouts! had a strength training program prior to my second child that was hard to keep up with; started feeling discouraged that I couldn't stay consistent and not have the same energy levels like 3 years ago.Mindset shift to now!!----Found your channel this past year (after having my third baby) and have never felt so much better, future looks brighter with an elevated mood and excited to be the happy mom I've always wanted to be for my three children

    Oh gosh so emotional over here in my second trimester. I almost cried at the end when you said you were struggling today, but doing a workout made you feel better. I definitely wasn’t feeling it today, but your workouts always make me feel SO much better! I’ve been following you since the beginning of my pregnancy and I cannot believe how good I’ve felt!     Thank you so much for this workout. I am 4 months pp and I am having a hard time finding the right exercises to tone my new body. If I am being honest, sometimes it’s hard to accept my new body but I am working on it. I truly feel like this workout will help tremendously. I really appreciate you! 💕💕

    i think this is about my 5th consecutive day doing your workout videos, 25 weeks pregnant so far. I really resonated with the end about feeling tired and not knowing if I was going to be able to do it today. But we showed up and we are not alone! Thank you! Feeling good!

    33 weeks pregnant today and exercise has been challenging because nothing feels good and it’s been so hot. This workout was amazing! It was just what my body needed and I feel energized and refreshed instead of sore and tired LOL. Thank you for all of the wonderful workouts on your channel!

    16 months pp and I still come back to this workout after those long (rest) weeks when I need to get back into weights with a little cardio. Always leave feeling sweaty and refreshed. 😅 thanks for all that you do for the mamas out there, helping us heal and grow 💪

    Loved the pace of this yoga class. Perfect for my sore, 2nd trimester back and legs and shoulders (over did it doing lawn work😅). Thank you for your videos 💕Now on to my 2nd pregnancy with your videos, but this time I’m doing them more consistently and feeling so strong and determined to have an unmediated birth this time!

    Did this today at 6 weeks postpartum. I've done a few of your yoga videos in the last couple of weeks and felt ready to tackle this today. I feel so much better. Your prenatal videos got me through my pregnancy and I've definitely recovered quicker this time around so thank you 💛

    This was absolutely fantastic. It has a bit of everything and I especially loved the incorporation of upper body in compound moves. I also dig the unusual mat moves, somehow I've never seen or done those exact ones (knee rainbow and the knee cross over). One of my favorite workouts on the site. I haven't repeated a workout yet because you have so many, but I'm saving this one to do it every week. PS. you can make some moves harder by not touching the ground but hovering the whole time.

    Super random question! I am also a fitness instructor, and I love how you use prop bellies for your pregnancy workouts. Thinking about getting some for demonstration purposes in my classes but can’t find any that look as natural as yours! Would you be willing to tell me where you got them?? 🙂

    Loved it as always! Question is it important to do the workouts with shoes on, or is barefoot ok? It’s probably a stupid question, but I’m curious if there’s a reason to wear shoes, I don’t tend to.
