This was absolutely fantastic. It has a bit of everything and I especially loved the incorporation of upper body in compound moves. I also dig the unusual mat moves, somehow I've never seen or done those exact ones (knee rainbow and the knee cross over). One of my favorite workouts on the site. I haven't repeated a workout yet because you have so many, but I'm saving this one to do it every week. PS. you can make some moves harder by not touching the ground but hovering the whole time.
Im an afternoon/nighttime lover of working out. So I totally understand how that is, but thank you!!! AlWays (without fail) feel better when I DO get up and do the work!!!!!🎉

Definitely struggled today and wasn't sure I would even try to work out, but I did! It wasn't perfect but I'm happy I've done it :)
