Trampled by turtles always reminds me of when things were easier. When I could roam the streets barefoot and not care about a damn thing, except being home before the street lights came on. They remind me of that time I lived in NC and would hike for hours jumping off random waterfalls. They remind me of that time this girl broke my heart but reminded me of the great memories we had. They remind me of the times when things were easier.
I feel you. Where in N.C ? I'm a permanent fixture there as well.

This has been one of my favorite songs since I stumbled upon it in 2022, and I never knew the symbolism of the different colored strings but I just learned of the Red String Theory. Makes so much more sense now (unless that's not what their intent was)!
I have had the pleasure of seeing them live twice and they just kill it every time!!! Keep it up trampled!!! Also please, please come out with a live album!!!!

This song has been out for at least over a year, but it's good to see them getting more exposure.
One of my four-year old twin nieces is really getting into music, and she likes this one a lot. She didn't know why it made me sad when there was "so much rope everywhere at the end". Kids know best.
They opened up for my morning jacket last summer and played a song together. Was really special to me. My two favorite bands together was a night in heaven. Thanks guys!
