The thing is that he will return as it makes no sense for him to lose so easily. It just seems odd for him to disapear. Also for sending him back to the marvel universe is the worst plan ever. He can pull strings to bring his army and hell even team up with some other villains and have them come with him back to the island. I mean I can see him getting morbius to morb all over the island as revenge.
This was so cool and also you can clearly see this cinematic was made to make Hope badass and it worked, I already loved her character and now it's just better and now we know what that sleeve on her arm is in the Pandoras chosen style on Heroic Hope, it's because her arm was burned.
This shit was so fucking ass, hope didnt look badass at all, I mean I guess it makes sense shes chosen by pandora but doom lost his right eye because he picked up a cat girl and we beat up doom within an hour. I really hope doom isnt done yet and this was a test
This was great. The cinematic was amazing, and the countdown to the event really kept you on the edge of your seat. The boss was super fun, but I will admit that the ending was very underwhelming.
Me and a friend were there for the match he appeared. We partied for a little, doom appeared, we fought, match ended, played another match of fighting doom, won, played another match, and by the time we got to him he was already dead.
We got about an hour's worth of hang out time around the beacons, and then about an hour's worth of doom battle after that. 2 hours of good times makes for a great live event in my eyes.
This kinda reminds me of Lego marvel superheroes on the final level where you get the portal ready to suck galactus in but he’s too strong so you made a distraction.
Dude this totally should’ve been an LTM kind of like the Horde Rush final boss, would’ve been so fun to play multiple times and give more people an opportunity to play it!
It was quite an interesting experience as all lobbies were fighting against one boss. Since doom had 2 trillion health, everyone that participated was on one team split across an entire multiverse (Basically multiverse Avengers Endgame).
This event was awesome, it was great to see everybody working together to defeat Doom! Disappointed to see all the knobs taking advantage of the players concentrating on participating in the event, but other than that, it was pretty rad. Can’t wait for the next one!💪
I know Doctor Doom is defeated but what now? Like I'm so confused is this the end? I know we're gonna get the next live event at the end of this season who is left for us to fight? Anyways I have to say this was a good live event, because this was the best ones that I attended, and I did not miss it. Honestly The buildup, the beacons firing, the cutscene Literally had me shaking it was so good The fight was underwhelming af 💀 And the ending was so anticlimactic

Way better than the last one where you could be griefed! 😅 good stuff, man!😎👌🏻 i had joined team rumble at first and because there's no npcs there was no fight. 24k people in team rumble! I thankfully got to fight him in a regular match.

I played team rumble with my sibling and the cutscene played, but the boss didn't spawn. I didn't know that there was a boss so I didn't think to rejoin I'm genuinely super irritated right now
I was literally on for 45 minutes and we had only taken off 1/4 to 1/3 of his health at that time which made me think that this was going to take at least a few more hours. Instead 10 minutes after I get off he gets defeated. How do you even explain that sudden of a health drop when he had one trillion health?
Two different streamers that didn’t take the time to loot up before fighting doom. I cant believe I’m watching a horror show and the way to survive is hope. My lobby wasn’t too toxic but I can tell people confused about what to do.
I did stay Alive during the event and the cinematic played and I did not trigger the boss fight. They should have made it an own playlist because It bugged out for everyone in my lobby.
For those complaining we beat him in an hour. Guys. We defeated Galactus in 15 minutes, the Herald died at the very start of her event, Cube Queen lasted 10 minutes. Kado Thorn, the Society, Zeus and Megalo Don all were defeated off Screen. We all fought him together and he put up the biggest fight compared to all the other villains.
I was playing, 10 kills going for a win game stopped then a part of the cinematic back to game saying placed 4th, then nothing stuck. Not happy, thought what's this crap.
this event was a w, 1000x better than last season's, i just wish something actually happened when we killed him other than just his mask falling on the floor. 8/10 for me.

Doctor Doom destroyed so many powerful foes but Hope prevailed and he was defeated.
When I was fighting doom I actually felt like a hero. I even protected someone after doom knocked them. Overall it was a pretty good event.

In my game there was no live event, the first bit with the rift beacons happened then the cut scene, but no doom, the game went back to normal.
