My son left EMT school after the second week because the instructor listed so many situations where he could be sued. He said a $15 an hour job wasn't worth the risk.
Totally get that. Law suits in any medical profession has sky rocketed. Combine that with bad economy and some don't want to work hard equals attempts at getting cash. This also is terrible for those that actually have encountered negligent care. I could on and on about this issue.
