Wohoo!!! A new kettlebell workout. I love it!
When this came out, I wouldn't have been able to do it without pausing at least 2 or 3 times to huff and puff. A few months of semi-consistent crossfit, kettlebell videos, running, and slightly better diet later and I just finished this one with only one minor pause and then added 15 kettlebell v ups and two sets of 15 burpees. Love your videos and thanks for this resource! You're doing the Lord's work. 💪💪
