I can tell you as a person that grew up in Atlanta you dont want to live in no neighborhood on the Southside and have the biggest and nicest house in the neighborhood. Rewatch the beginning and take a look at the last house before we get to the new one. I dont need to know them folks to know I dont want to live next to anyone whose yard and raggedy ass fence looks like that.
I love the house for the price point but I wouldn’t want to be next door to the neighboring house. Just curious is this the most expensive house in the neighborhood?
I like the backyard and side yard. The house I like as well. The power room could/should have been a little bit more bigger, just a little. The secondary rooms and closets are a good size. The full bath upstairs, the toilet had have been closer to the sink. Its like they were gunna do a double vanity then said forget about it. The shower in the master/ primary suite is so small. If it has to be a small shower or no tub, I think builders should just do one vanity. Double vanities are getting boring in smaller homes. Nice home overall.
Nice house but the kitchen layout is wrong, the wall area where the fridge is could have been open concept, should have been. Carpet choices are wrong. Backyard looks like it floods, when it rains, so you can see why it is below $400K, the surrounding area is also a problem, the home doesn’t fit the area.
Under Contract and closing soon. Everything is relative to the person who’s analyzing. It’s not uncommon in metro Atlanta to see a newly built home amongst older-preexisting homes. Therefore, for most educated buyers this isn’t as much of a big deal. What I mean by educated- essentially accustomed to how things work in metro Atlanta.
Nope. It's a NO for me as the neighborhood look like the hood, the inner city , the ghetto. Grew up in the ghetto. Have worked really hard obtaining education so hopefully 🙏 don't have to live in lower class area again. Although this is a nice home inside, just not for me.

Riverdale is definitely the “hood” it wasn’t that way in the early 90’s but it took a turn for the worse…couldn’t pay me to live there.
Humm!😕
Why such a beautiful home in that trashy neighborhood
Trashy is relative to person viewing. Thanks for watching and sharing YOUR thoughts.
Isn’t trashy a bit strong. Not everyone would think such a strong thing.
