I had purchased XUV 500 through Cars 24, three years before. They said we have done all the checks and have service history and they told it's accident free and all and there were no parts repainted. After some days while I doing service at Mahindra service centre, they told me that the car was severely impacted in front and the entire bonnet was replaced and repainted. All the 140 checks things are bogus. Don't trust them at all. If I bought from other dealers I woul have checked with my mechanic. Since I trust them as they are reputed dealer, I was cheated. Plz don't trust their 140 check story...

Just elaborating the issue details. After i bought a Tata Altroz Car from cars24 the raining water from outside flowed inside to the driver cabin directly. There was a 1ft hole between the cabin and engine bay. Overall they say inspection done by professionals it all from inexperienced guys.

I've purchased used car from unknown person. After one year of usage I planned to sell it. Cars24 have reached me and they did inspection and found that my car was already severe accident and repainted at one side. However they still quoted some value of the car and they were ready to purchase it from me. Now I'm wondering in this video how they are saying that they will not enter the accident vehicle into there carriage???????

People lost confidence in buying second hand car due to high rate and most of the companies just trying to sell whatever available product with deficiency. I have gone through comments from buyer's and most of them negative. Please avoid these kind of reviews as you developed good respect and trust. It will back fire if anyone suffers after buying second hand car.

@@sangmosangmo975 ji while doing test drive itself had eps module issue and power steering tight. They told that can be fixed before delivery. Then I took the delivery day and seems to be normal. I asked they told they fixed the issue.. after 2 days I got the same issue again and called their support team and person also came and did scanning and reset the error and seems to be normal. But this is happening monthly twice. I told them to change the module since from beginning the purchase itself issue there. They started telling it won't cover waranty to replace it. Then had big fight with them .. but no luck.. finally I spent 12k to replace the module.kind advice to all while buying used cars better do scanning ecm and get it. Only seeing service history not good.. thanks
