The circling of a holy object in a clockwise direction (so that the object is always to one's right) is also an ancient Indian practice, called pradakshina. I stayed in a village which had a saint's shrine in it and it was considered auspicious to perform pradakshina around the tomb. Like you with the well, you walked around it an odd number of times. I love it when traditions link up like that.

Most of my ancestry is in Ireland and you have brought me joy today seeing and hearing about the sacred wells . Here in Shropshire , England, one of my favourite places to visit is a sacred stone circle called Mitchell's Fold. It is wild and rugged and looks very like your area there ..You hear nothing but the wind and the birds, often ravens overhead. It holds such a power and feelings of positive earth energy and complete peace...I like to go and leave tokens like you:) As i've only just recently found your channel, I now wish you a blessed and peaceful forthcoming Beltane and thank you again for sharing your gentle, special qualities that shine in all your videos:) My best wishes, Luna

The plants in the water look like watercress. We have it here in the states too. I have Irish ancestors and have always been drawn to the cultures and magic of people who venerate nature. I am especially fond of Irish music and art, though it's mostly called Celtic or Druidic here. I'm sure I've never experienced the fullness of it, or the context of it in everyday life. But I have my imagination... I hope you have many happy blessings. Thank you.

Hello Terri, there is a word I can't hear at about 6.30. You say, "Don't forget, the energies of ***** are with us for a few weeks yet." I wonder if you, or anyone else passing by could fill in the gap for me.
I have just discovered your videos by great fortune and I'm finding them peaceful and inspiring. Thank you.
