A humble attempt to summarise this clip:
1. Everything is dependant on the will of Krsna. Just surrender to Krsna. Just like Srila Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Thakur accepted Gaur Kishor Das Babaji, accept a bonafide spiritual master as your guru, and, praise and worship him with all your heart and totally humble your life before him.
2. Preach the teachings of Rupa Raghunath (Rupa Goswami and Raghunath Das Goswami) with all your energy and resources. Our ultimate goal is to become the dust at the feet of Rupa Raghunath.
3. You should work conjointly under the spiritual master with the view to serve the Absolute Knowledge, the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
4. You should somehow live without quarrel. - by putting Krsna in the center.
5. Do not give up your service inspite of all danger, all criticism or all discomforts. For great souls, obstacles in the path of devotion are the friends of a devotee. For us, obstacles are opportunities, which when responded properly to, make us great devotees.
6. Do not be disappointed because things aren’t always going to go your way.
7. Always hear and chant the name and the glories of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Whatever, failures, disappointments, success, occupational duties or pressures in the world, may come in our life, never let go off that.
8. Have the patience and forbearance of a tree, and the humbleness of a piece of straw. To honour, appreciate and respect other people and not demand it for ourselves.
Carry on the message of Krishna Consciousness, through accepting the matchless gift of Bhakti, and cooperating together with enthusiasm, with all our energy and resources to share this with others.
Take these instructions with all your life and soul and execute them.
