What’s average wind speed fall to spring?

Plenty of winds to kite. According to iKite - In the winter about ~33% of our days have wind above 25mph, and 50% of our days have about 15mph. Now what you are looking to do will change how much you are on the water, they guys that are happy to match their equipment to the conditions get plenty of action. (i.e. pick up that foil board when its light, and boost big on the twin tip when the wind is ripping). What kind of kiting are you looking to do?
