I am always stunned at the sheer amount of talent, knowledge and skill you cosplayers have in making all "those wonderful toys" that Nickolas' Joker asks about. Now, I've made metal looking parts for some of the cosplayers around here (using real metal is a bad idea, especially for cosplay weapons) So I do use a lot of craft foam and airbrush for texture effects, but nothing on the level you use! You just rock!

As a maijor fan of Batwoman, I would just love to say that am I in shock and amazement from the fact that you took my fav DC heroine's suit and made it irl. That takes lots of skill and you have it.

I saw the CW Batfeminist, and even though I am a fan of the Batwoman comic I am not a fan of the tv show, but I will say this your Batwoman suit looks spectacular.
Because they do it with passion and nearly infinite time. Obviously some have a certain schedule but usually they have as much time as they need. Also practice makes perfect and most Cosplayer are quite adept at using skills like sewing, drawing and cutting, in order to create a proper cosplay. Oh, and the biggest advantage these cosplayers have over professionals is not being bound by a contract, ergo they are freelancers.

@@MrBacaza took a very solid 2.5 weeks (like all day) because the pattern especially is CRAZY. The fabric under the emblem is just a flat black spandex so the emblem doesnt have a weird texture under it. If you mean the stripey bit, I found that at JoAnn's!
