      Exactly the same for me. I’d wake up really early before anyone else and sneak out to sit in front of the heater. It was so comforting and peaceful. I miss being a kid and this brings a piece of that feeling back sometimes.
      Also helps me fall asleep like a charm so there’s that too! ☺️

      For me personally it was my ninnie turning on the old heater during winter after my shower so I could stay warm. That comforting warmth that filled the bathroom and made me want to stay for hours. I would sneak into the bathroom and take the heater to bed with me. Good memories, I was maybe seven, eight years old at most

It would always kick on around 6am, and it had this multi stage sound to it that i equated to like an airliner getting ready for lift off, from the flame kicking on, the fan revving, and then it all getting released. And id lay against the back of the chair next to that heater and drift in and out of sleep, all warm and asmr'd.

    I love the smell of space heaters and irons. It’s absolutely lovely. Ill often put the space heater right up to my nose and inhale slightly 😍 it sounds crazy but don’t knock it till you try it

    • @wellsfargo38
      @wellsfargo38 5 лет назад +134

      You're brain is set to stimulate what you hear/feel/taste etc. So if your focused you know its the sound of a heater and your too focused in your brain it is saying its a heater near me it should be feeling hot so the body temperature goes up. Happens to people who concentrate alot like monks they can change their body temperature.

    • @wellsfargo38
      @wellsfargo38 5 лет назад +48

      @@r011ing_thunder6 No lmao it's part of every human. You just need to concentrate on the heater sound and your brain will trick the mind to think your near the heater and your body temperature will change. Its like meditation but with sound. Most munks don't use sound they use the feel of the air and other stuff. Thats why they are mostly in the mountains to keep away from any noise/distractions.
