I think this is the best rendition of all I've listened to on RUclips. Yuga's speed, control, tonality, expression, in fact, all of it was just superb in my opinion. I especially liked the middle section with not too much rubato and loss of speed. Bravo. Splendid performance.
Hier Ha Le: Actually, it’s a combination of both. Yuja Wang was a young girl of 10 here, and she’s playing an extra-large piano-a Bösendorfer Imperial which has extra keys (97 keys instead of the standard 88, making this piano extra wide). You can see the extra keys at 0:44. They are at the low end (left hand side of the piano) and the colors are reversed (black keys are white, white keys are black). As you can imagine, this is a very expensive and beautiful piano and I bet young Yuja loved playing it. 😎🎹
I'd like to see her go back and do some of the pieces she did as a young child with her many years of experience now. I wonder if- or how- she would play differently.
Just 10 years old and she could play like that! No wonder she is so amazing now!

So mature and perfect!! The tunes are perfectly balanced.....amazing!! :)
Wonderful timbre quality and with feeling. Makes my playing look like a cleanup on isle 9.
at first i was like "wait, what is wrong with that piano, it's kinda big" and then "oh wait.. she's small.." Brilliant !

this girl it's amazing and lovely.
Wonderful such a nice perform.
What a treat!
Amazing. I was spellbound. I love this rendition and it is NOT too fast. I am sure this speed was fine for Molto Vivace.
So amazing
Very impressive!

Yuja was born in 1987 but I wonder when this was recorded.
About 1997
This girl had star charisma in her baby crib.
OK
I updated this piece on my channel yesterday, but I hope I will get more improvements when I am 10.
@qinvalerio I was joking. If Yuja and Yundi were married, imagine how talented their children would be...
dat left hand
@KegPatcha She's Yuja Wang.Yundi Li is a guy.
@rubendow in 1997, when she was 10 yo.
@KegPatcha u r funny.but if they do so,well, surely their daughter will be a pianist sort of our new chinese celebration just like her parents.
this vid's gona be more if you placed the nickname minute waltz in the title. :) just suggesting anyway :)
Oh, good point, sorry.
Is she the daughter of Yuja and Yundi Li?
more "popular" forgot to type
小狗圆舞曲
Good technique, poor musicality. Yuja got better with age.
I found no problem with "musicality." It was typical Chopin waltz temperament.
This is all technique, no passion, no musical depth. Emily Bear played this well and better at age 6.
