B12 is a robotic drone, not a living organism that he will die. He can be repaired but the ending was really very emotional. I've never cried seeing the ending of any game but stray is completely an exception. B12 can be repaired but it'll take a long time. Hope to see B12 repaired by Momo, Elliott and Doc in Stray II.

Ending for momo, other robots with her & our cat also didn't found her friends ending ,i think stray 2 will be released in b/w 2024 to 2025
& i think humans will return as we can see security cams everywhere in the city and they also have a proper watcher, i think humans might be hiding somewhere and controling the city.
Guess that its proper ending will be - humans & robots will live togather leading a happy life & our cat will be minding her own buisness and b12 will return which is connected to momo somehow
