      Stop it, he has nothing for Jett. Jett caught and passed him at will when he felt like it last weekend. Tomac is on his way out and his age along with his injuries over the last couple years, he doesn’t have that level in him to beat someone like Jett unless Jett has issues like he did outdoors.

    I was just barely too young to remember the RC days, but was just able to be there for Stew becoming THE guy, then to see the torch passed the RV, then dunge, then Tomac/Webb/Roczen/Anderson. I definitely missed out on some crazy years, but I’m so glad I’m able to witness what we have now, because to me, it’s just as incredible as those days were to some of you guys I’m sure. Witnessing history with every race, and I love every single second of it

      Jett Lawrence vs Haiden Deegan is going to be the most anticipated rivalry since RC vs Js7 it's gonna be hectic imagine jett and deegan on podium having digs at each other 😂

    • @davidbiagi2932
      @davidbiagi2932 3 месяца назад +3

      Hell, if Haiden wins SX this upcoming season, we might get a Jett v Chase v Tomac v deegan outdoor battle next year. That would be epic and just imagine (it is unlikely but just imagine) Haiden does go 450 outdoors 2025 and beats them all. Very very unlikely thing to happen, he’s still got a lot to learn and that 450 will take him a little time to get use to how to ride it at the level needed, but at this point, I wouldn’t put anything past Haiden and what is possible. Idk if Star would allow Haiden to move up with Tomac still racing though. Either way, the sport is in Gond hands right now and in the future and I love it.

      @aus-rider 3 месяца назад +2

      @@davidbiagi2932You won’t see him in the 450 class until 2026, he has made it very clear he will be defending the mx title and his old man has said no as well as he has said the 450 class is a whole different ball game.

      @davidbiagi2932 3 месяца назад

      But I do think going to the 450 and knowing how much talking and criticism they are going to give him, he will want to make sure he is as ready as possible to come in as a contender from the start. Not saying he will beat Jett or Chase or battle for the title first season, but he a podium guy and win if some things go his way at times. Personally I hope he does wait til 2026 but with them, you never know and what they say a year in advance means nothing.

    I think what may have cost Eli the second moto was he was the only one on a paddle tire. it worked in the first moto when the track still had moisture. Second moto track was much drier and later in moto Eli was not getting the drive in the Rhythm section as it was harder and dry. he had to keep the bike more upright in turns also. Jett still may have got him but I think it would have been closer if Eli was running same tire as Jett.

    • @mxr248
      @mxr248 3 месяца назад +1

Apparently you have never rode with a sand tire or your a C rider at best. That track dried up and got packed down to whereas a sand tire loses grip. Eli wasn’t doing the quad nor was he leaning as far in his corners. Sand tire sucks for cornering when it gets packed. Go watch the 1st then the second and learn how to read someone’s body English before opening your mouth.🤣

    This has the inflections and cadence of Casey Cason's work.....lol
    I think it was Matthes who said Eli tends to like these "Daytona" style tracks. I think there's some truth to that. So far, Tomac sure looks good during these SMX races. Sure is helping to make it interesting. And, can't turn a blind eye to Hunter. Hunter was barely mentioned coming into the year. He had flashes during the SX season, and he looked better in the MX series. Many of us have been all about (rightfully so) the Jett vs Chase racing. I'm thinking we'd better be of the Jett vs Chase vs Hunter bench racing for 2025. Curious to see how the "happy" Tomac shows for next year! One thing's for sure about Tomac....he looks more like the "beast" this SMX series than he has in a couple of years.

    I don’t see it happening without something happening to Jett, but as someone who isn’t a fan of Tomac but can respect his greatness, I’d love to see him win the smx championship and get him another “title” and one he hasn’t gotten yet before he goes out. Dont see him being able to win a sx or outdoor title at his age and with some injuries lately and being able to be consistently good for a full season, but I can definitely see him pushing hard for these 3 smx races. Jett will be hard to beat though and he’s only going to get even better than he was in Charlotte and that’s not good for those guys.
