    I agree with the guest, I know many people that are making a good passive income from rentals which they do not disclose because wanting to avoid taxation

      It's the same thing he's been saying in all his books. Surprises me he never directly addresses the issue of tax dodging in the books.

    Africans will make themselves a favour if they form their small community or cooperative banks that operate outside the system (i.e., not register with the South African Reserve Bank (SARB)), instead of hoping that the existing banks will change their attitudes towards us. The SARB will destroy any attempt by Africans to form a bank. So, let's operate outside this unjust and discriminatory banking system.

    The maths is simple. More people can be employed AND the unemployment rate can go up. Our population rate increase is way higher than the rate of increase of jobs available
