Okay, so it has now become clear that it is unsafe for Athena to travel by sea or air. Meanwhile, Gerard had better be damned grateful that Buck's instinct to save people is as strong as it is. Otherwise the 118 wouldn't have had to put up with his arrogance anymore and there would be no legal repercussions because it was a chance accident.
Im angry at the others, i get that they are did not want to loose their job by standing up againts this asshole only Buck does, but other times when they stand up againts someone or something risking their job they had no probleme because they knew Bobby would save their ass, now that he is not there they keep their mouth because there is none to save them.

This bullying and insult is not comparable to that. If someone could not stand being bullied, that person could have quitted instead of expecting other people risking their jobs for him/her.
Worse, Hen and Chimney wanted the support of the 118 (with the firefighters it had back then) when Gerard was mistreating *them!* But he can be however he wants with Buck and they just try to stay out of it.
Athena’s life is like final destination, she had to dealt with Jeffrey Hudson, a sinking boat and now a plane crash, she can’t catch a break can she? Everywhere Athena goes, disaster strikes
I so wanted Buck to punch Gerrard out. He was saying a lot of hurtful things, I know I wanted to. However, the fact that Buck saved him from the saw blade, even if he banged his head on the floor hard enough to bleed and knock him out, maybe this will help make Gerrard see how great Buck really is and that he deserves respect. Like in 9-1-1: Lone Star; At the end of season 2, everyone was split into different houses and Mateo was at the 129 with mean Captain Tatum. But then Mateo stood up to him and their paramedic team saved his life. Then at the beginning of season 3, Tatum was treating Mateo A LOT better. He even wanted him to be his Lieutenant later on. So my theory is that Gerrard will live, and while he's in the hospital and can't work, he thanks Buck for saving his life and admits how good Buck is at the job. AND that is why, while he's recovering, he will appoint Buck as acting Captain.
In an alternate universe, Buck tackles him to the ground and just K-O his ass. In the incident report, he was swatting a killer bee, confirmed by 3 eye witness, oops yes I had to use my fist, he was asking for direct efficiency

My younger sister can’t travel either without some disaster. Couldn’t participate in career day because the bus she was going on broke down, no grad trip because of a fire, couldn’t go on her graduation for the same reason and Covid happened so her college diploma was mailed instead of having to attend a ceremony. Went back to the Philippines for a year and the seat she was in had a broken tv, armrest, really bad turbulence, and one of the roughest landings I’ve ever experienced.
A smal plane was covered by bees on the cockpit so the pilot couldn't see his way. The pilot of the small plane could not control his flight and bumped the bigger plane on which Athena was on board. The bump made a hole on the bigger plane's cockpit window and caused some bees entered the plane.
A large truck was transporting killer bees. It got into an accident, and the bees got free and eventually flew off. Bees can fly relatively high, and the small plane pilot couldn't see the passenger jet.
Ok, Im a little confused...I have watched the ending a few times and I never saw the blade hit Gerard..So where did all the blood come from? Was it from hitting his head on the floor? Cause I really dont think it was the blade, it bounce right over him...
I'm not going to lie, I'm a little sick of these types of plots. We all know that everything will work out in the end. Why can't they give good detective stories with Athena?
Oh please. Like we havent already had those already. Her solving the murder that made her become a cop comes to mind. There is nothing wrong with Athena getting caught up in a disaster of the season plot, it's only been done what, three times in a now eight season series including this one? So it's not so overdone as you claim.
It probably is supposed to be the TCAS (Traffic Collission Avoidance System). It's supposed to notify pilots when they are on a collision path with another airplane with the same kind of system. Each plane gets a direction, climb or descend. If both pilots follow the order, the collision is avoided. I don't think it's supposed to wait until the last minute to go off.
@@EmeryE2 The red alarm is probably hollywood getting it wrong. The only thing I can assume is that the King Air looking aircraft didn't follow his TCAS instructions. This actually happened over Europe somewhere between Bashkirian Airlines Flight 2937 and DHL Flight 611. There was a conflict between TCAS and what ATC told one of the planes. TCAS told one of the planes to dive and ATC told them to climb (or the other way around) . One plane followed ATC and the other TCAS and they crashed into each other.
