When he says “ thing with math is you try to pay attention and then you look out the window for 2 minutes and you’re lost forever.” “No matter how hard you try you’ll never come back.” That’s high school math, only way you come back is if you have a smart girl friend or the teacher likes you enough to show you one on one
For reasons too long to explain, I skipped grade 10 math. Not because I was that good. Just circumstances. Grade 11 math was rather daunting for the first half.
5:35 After perusing the copious reading assignments which you ungrudgingly designate as compulsory, it has become abundantly clear to me that the incipient, and might I say, pandemic rise of quantitative easing in post-holographic arena spawns a situation and, in fact, a conundrum in which the widespread growth of existential and even dystopian paradigms will threaten to dominate the landscape for the foreseeable future. Now having said that, how will you therefore postulate a quid pro quo complexification from a nihilistic standpoint? And being broadly contemporaneous, would that postulation even be germane to the philosophical dogma of the period?
I saw Brian, Dennis's brother live once, I thought I was going to wet myself I was laughing so hard. Seems this family just has a knack for finding the real world hilarious

drybar has the absolute best, hilarious comedians ever. thank you for posting these for those of us who cant afford to get out that often and to give us laughter and a moment of joy in a harsh world.
French for me - I tell people I took three years of French, without adding that it was French 1 each time. By the end of the 3rd time through, I believe the teacher just shook her head and thought enough was enough and passed me anyway ... merci, mon cher professeur (never mind that it came around later in life that i needed it, oops)
Clean comedy is the best..Im sitting here watching this and saying I would like for my soon to be 13yr old see this..I switched over from Gotham live..I couldnt say that about that comedy.. This guy is super funny!
I'm a huge comedy fan and this is the most I've laughed in ages at any stand-up - I knew Brian had a brother but I didn't know he completely crushed it like Dennis does!!
I'll tell you how funny Dennis Regan is: evidently I was laughing so hard that my neighbor came over to check on me. She lives two houses away! (Which begs the question what do I sound like when I laugh that hard?) Dennis is hysterically funny. They say that good comedy takes a lot of work. What I can't decide is whether he works so hard that it seems natural or if he's just naturally that funny. By the time he got to stuffing big Bob's dead body in the overhead compartment I was crying, holding my side and falling off my couch. Oh God I hope he's got a DVD. I'm gonna go look.
How do you laugh that loud? Do you have a tuba in your chest or what? I could scream at the top of my lungs and people 2 houses away wouldnt hear it unless I open my door or window before i do it.
For the second part, I´d go with: "Given this dichotomy, would you be able to postulate these tasks without reference to any explicit concrete frameworks or different philosophical perspective given how morality is structured and conceived, because it has a significantly non-reductive interpretation of a largely counterfactual/moral frame, if there cannot be such a thing as a "quid pro quo complexification" because any given quid pro quo is the consequence of something else. So, any "untenable" agreement may actually be a quid pro quo complexification. One might argue, based on the metaphysic of the context of higher and lower imperatives, permissiveness and context play a great role in constructing generalized (or indeed predicative) frameworks for precisely this matter. In this regard, for what purposes does permissiveness or context serve the case of a person with disordered affective dispositions?" The answers to the first question would be "no" and "yes" respectively. And then if I were the proffessor, I would answer the second part with: "This is not a priori possible. The problem with claiming that some indication is adequate is that we know intentional action has been known to effectuate a disjunction of the intendant's mind from the resultant mental state, and can therefore not resolve into the desired state of "postulatedness" for any proposed meta-solution! Note that this WILL NOW BE ON THE TEST in a different form! So thank you very much, young man, for that insightfull question and some much needed inspiration for the upcoming, unexpected pop-quiz..." Bring it on... Word salad is my favourite dish.
A few years ago, I drove from San Jose down to Orange county to see Dennis and Brian on the same bill. It was SO WORTH IT. Love those guys. It’s really awesome how you can see so much of his brother in this guys stand up. Brian Regan has such a similar delivery. It’s probably where he got his perspective from in the beginning.
They might be tired of American anti-intellectualism. Regan's whole schtick is to create a safe zone for idle, self-satisfied ignorance by poking fun at his own and eliciting laughs from others of his ilk. The laughs of his audience are charged with gratitude and relieved acknowledgement.

I was CRYING laughing by the end of this video 😂 Someone get this man a Netflix special ASAP
YES
Dennis is every bit as hilarious as Brian. Great delivery.
I couldn’t figure out why he looked and sounded so close to Brian until I finally looked at the name and was like OH MY GOD OF COURSE ITS HIS BROTHER!! Came to comments for verification and found this comment first. 😂 I found Brian with my mom and we watched his “I walked on the moon” special and laughed so hard we cried and our sides hurt! so glad to find that his brother does comedy too!
@@LesbianMermaid same. nice childhood they must have had.
@hayleyhellums now i remember a tale from Brian, they had to eat within 15 siblings jajajj
When I saw his last name I was thinking, "I wonder if..." but as soon as he started talking I was like "Oh yeah, this guy is _definitely_ related to Brian Regan"

Oh I needed this laugh lasting almost 39 minutes! Especially in today's world. I now have a new favorite comedian!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your gift, and a true gift it really is! You need your own Netflix show!! Stay safe to all.
It's like my motorcycle safety course instructor said on the subject of stupid questions, "If you ask a stupid question, we won't make fun of you, but we WILL tell the next class about it and have a laugh." That stuck with me through that whole course.
I now have a headache, sore(non-existent) tummy muscles, and red eyes from tears. I've not felt this good in a looonnngg time!!!! You are amazingly funny! Please spread your "contagion" . The world needs to remember its sixth sense - HUMOR🤪!
“Brian, what’s the plural form of moose?”
“.........MOOSEN!”
Love the Regans lol
Boxen
I think Brian was saying that each profession had two of them. Two teachers, two doctors, two comedians, and I forgit the other profession
So the plural of pers is person?
Meese?
I’VE BEEN THINKING ABOUT HOW MUCH HE SOUNDS LIKE BRIAN REGAN THIS WHOLE TIME!!! IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW!!!!
Dennis is the best ! Everything is perfect...the material, his delivery and the inflections in his voice. ❤️👍Hilarious!
Can you even imagine how funny it must've been hanging around these 2 Regan brothers growing up?? I wish we were friends. 😂
I've seen over a hundred comedians in my 20 year old life, all from RUclips and TV,
only a handful were ever able to consistently make me laugh for what felt like the entire time,
this guy is now in that handful, and it's been so long since the last time someone else made the list.
Can u share what some of the other ones were?
What about his brother, Brian?
Dennis Regan you are the funniest freaken person I've heard all month. Wow great material friend. Good, clean, witty, and relatable. 10 out of 10.
Finally a funny, great comedian who keeps it clean!
Matt Falk & Tom Foss are great too.
I'm at home with the coronavirus - feeling like crap and lonely in quarantine. You made me laugh for the first time in a looong time.
Thank you.
I hope you recover fully and quickly.
Santiago Blanco : no response...not a good sign. 😱
RIP
I hope you’re doing better now
Hang in there Kathy!
I'd love to hear the kind of conversations Dennis and Brian Regan would have had growing up!
As a retired educator, I find this completely hilarious!
When he says “ thing with math is you try to pay attention and then you look out the window for 2 minutes and you’re lost forever.” “No matter how hard you try you’ll never come back.” That’s high school math, only way you come back is if you have a smart girl friend or the teacher likes you enough to show you one on one
Exactly! I had a tutor. One on one instruction is the only thing that got me through math.
Can confirm. It happened to me in 4th grade with long division. Took me a week to catch up.
For reasons too long to explain, I skipped grade 10 math. Not because I was that good. Just circumstances. Grade 11 math was rather daunting for the first half.
The real problem is
girl was cute,
can't think
when the girls are cute,
and I've got
no chance
with them either ...
Maths
Tom Foolery thank you!
That cracked me up.
I haven't heard the word Germaine in a long time.
😄😄😄😄😄
Germane.
(Obviously Germaine is a man's name)
The answer is ‘yes’.

ah man, its rare that i come across a comedian that I actually find funny and am laughing nonstop to. Bravo ol' chap!
I saw Brian, Dennis's brother live once, I thought I was going to wet myself I was laughing so hard. Seems this family just has a knack for finding the real world hilarious
imagine their family reunions or holidays 🤣🙃🙂😂😂🤯👍👍
I've watched this guy before but he is so hilarious I had to watch again.
Same he kills me
This is my third random visit. Still giggling though.
Dennis Regan is a Comedic Legend!!! Always loved his humor! 💜
Mr. Dennis Regan, wow he is talented, even the tone of his voice is funny.......loved it! :)
I’ve just started this video and this guy is already cracking me up!
If love him his brother is off the chart, Brian Regan.
Peed on myself twice. Only 4 minutes in...

One of the best, for sure!! Great delivery and some really clever material!! He says he wasn’t good in school, but his brilliance shines through!
Love this channel keeping comedy alive
This guy makes people laugh from the freaking soul. Even if you're one of those people who makes an effort not to laugh, you'll laugh unwillingly. This guy has actually mastered comedy.
Hands down the most convoluted question to a teacher ever!! 🤣🤣
I bet the teacher looked out the window and got lost before the end.
Yeah teacher , now you know how kids feel.
That set was phenomenal! Thank you Dennis Regan!
probably the best full show i 've ever watched. Other guys have funny bits and pieces, but this guy made me cry all through his set. masterpiece
Dennis, please, please, please, I beg of you DO MORE OF THESE!!! , you are funnier than just about anyone ( next to JGaff ) and clean too!!! God bless you my friend.
That Math part looking out the window and coming back and being lost forever haha
“Is that what this is?? I thought I forgot how to read.”
I love this guy.
drybar has the absolute best, hilarious comedians ever. thank you for posting these for those of us who cant afford to get out that often and to give us laughter and a moment of joy in a harsh world.
Could you imagine what it was like to be a kid in this family? Dennis AND Brian together???? Seriously????? Good grief!
Sometimes there was a Gavin and a Brendan too.
It's in their genes...parents are cards as well (RIP Walt).
Wait, there's another??!
@@Razi98 yeah, I saw this guy and was like wait... is he related to brian regan and when I checked it said he was
@Raoul Fleckman Dude, I hope you're joking. In what way?
90% of dry bar comedians are hilarious I appreciate 100% of them
I laughed till I cried! And I was an A student! But he got me. He described my school situation perfectly
This guy has me doubled over with laughter. Adorable and Super talented!
"I took algebra 1 three times, thats addition"
construct apex technically multiplication
XD
French for me - I tell people I took three years of French, without adding that it was French 1 each time. By the end of the 3rd time through, I believe the teacher just shook her head and thought enough was enough and passed me anyway ... merci, mon cher professeur (never mind that it came around later in life that i needed it, oops)
ME TOO!!! Then they passed me on to calculus.
It's not alegbra, it's Alaphetbra. y=mx+b or Ax+By=C or A^2+B^2=C^2
Clean comedy is the best..Im sitting here watching this and saying I would like for my soon to be 13yr old see this..I switched over from Gotham live..I couldnt say that about that comedy..
This guy is super funny!
"I was okay with math, until we got up to addition!"
Thanksgivings at the Regan household would be a really good time!
I understand... My laugh draws people from the next street over 😐😯
How do you laugh that loud?
Do you have a tuba in your chest or what? I could scream at the top of my lungs and people 2 houses away wouldnt hear it unless I open my door or window before i do it.
@@kardiaclark8111 thats kinda scary
Have you seen his brother, Brian Regan? He is hilarious too
@@dillongage7628 I
I really wanted to hear the second part of that question
The 2nd part is "can a 12 year old boy get pregnant from reading comicbooks?"
@@thomasalias8492 "Comic books"? So that's what they're calling em now? um, no. But you can go blind.
@@geraldfrost4710 Only if you poke yourself in the eye while doing it, which would be either a serious worry or a great gift.
For the second part, I´d go with:
"Given this dichotomy, would you be able to postulate these tasks without reference to any explicit concrete frameworks or different philosophical perspective given how morality is structured and conceived, because it has a significantly non-reductive interpretation of a largely counterfactual/moral frame, if there cannot be such a thing as a "quid pro quo complexification" because any given quid pro quo is the consequence of something else. So, any "untenable" agreement may actually be a quid pro quo complexification. One might argue, based on the metaphysic of the context of higher and lower imperatives, permissiveness and context play a great role in constructing generalized (or indeed predicative) frameworks for precisely this matter. In this regard, for what purposes does permissiveness or context serve the case of a person with disordered affective dispositions?"
The answers to the first question would be "no" and "yes" respectively.
And then if I were the proffessor, I would answer the second part with:
"This is not a priori possible. So thank you very much, young man, for that insightfull question and some much needed inspiration for the upcoming, unexpected pop-quiz..."
Bring it on... Word salad is my favourite dish.

A few years ago, I drove from San Jose down to Orange county to see Dennis and Brian on the same bill. It was SO WORTH IT. Love those guys. Dennis is one of the funniest guys on the planet. He is smart and skilled in the nuances of his craft.

@@Borrowed_Rowboat So a large share of those dislikes are mostly college academicians. People who spend their time studying & writing abstractions & theories. And when they're at "work" it's usually in an office cubicle 🎓
