Thank you for doing this video! I learned quite a bit and it will be extremely useful for me! Thanks again and I look forward to watching your other videos!!
Thank you for this. I had to swop the Total year and Average per month because I kept getting something about a circular formula but I like it like that anyway!
Absolutely. The Normal Month column is meant to be a month of typical, expected expenses. When you set up your budget, this is where you’ll enter your expected budget for each expense and income. This gives you a way to compare each month of the year to your expected budget.
@@MrJamieGriffin Thanks again for the quick response. If I need only income vs expense without budget vs actual what change do I need to make in the template?
If you highlight all of the columns, then double click (or manually size by dragging) the line between the columns, they will all maintain/change to uniform widths.
keep getting Sorry, you can't freeze columns which contain only part of a merged cell. Try to break apart merged cells or freeze more columns to include the complete merged cells.

You’re welcome!
Thanks Jamie for this video, I have a question though about the meaning of the Normal Month column. Can you please explain?

@@dfjama it sounds like you don’t want the Normal Month column then. If that’s the case, just don’t put that column in the spreadsheet.
If you highlight all of the columns, then double click (or manually size by dragging) the line between the columns, they will all maintain/change to uniform widths.
Thank you! It took me way too long to figure that out 😁
