Take the guard off the end and it will work a lot better your running it wide open for nothing and it would do ten x better trust me I been cutting grass for 30 years
@@carlfolmer ya when you take the guard off then you can bump the line out a little bit longer or till the motor bogs just a little bit and then it will cut twice the area I use a triangle shaped 105 line and it works really well

@@carlfolmer Now I'm working with an echo 301TES with high torque, little but powerful. It's a great machine, also light.
