After watching your video, Condo seems better. But also depend on timing correct? 2017 was exceptional because it was a buyer’s market. Fast forward 2021, seller’s market now. Good new launches probably still have, but take longer to find one.
I stay in a landed property. But so what. Its not very accessible. Same goes for these developments. Yes, u can build your life around bragging rights. Thats a personal choice. However, I dont think it's a laughing matter for anyone who is happy staying in hdb. For me, I rather stay in a hdb which is centrally located and near transport hubs.

Asset prices have been inflated by Central Banks over the past decade. Not sure how long this will continue. Who will be the last huat kuey? 🤣
I think the better option is Tapestry/Treasure Tampines than Parc Central since the former two are full fledged condo at comparable price point. He shared this point in the video too.

I think the Canberra new EC and Condo will be about $350 to $400psf difference 😱

What do you think of privatised ECs?some of the older ones are going 700+ psf
Ex EC, are good choice as Private Condos prices are getting higher. I don't recommend those that are 700+psf, these are super old and chui type 👎🏼

HDB flats are great. Upgrade to a better asset if its possible to make more 😊
