I thought I wouldn't like this movie, but I loved it actually! To see the pain this poor guy went through. Absolutely amazing and heart breaking acting that really made you feel for the main character, Joker.

Él decidió hacer justifica y demostrarles a todos que los trastornos mentales, en parte, son por culpa de la gente y su indiferencia y crueldad, hecha con un tono humorístico.
Claramente no es un villano, es un incomprendido y agotado hombre.

I adore Joaquin Phoenix -I truly feel he portrayed the real Joker/ Arthur Fleck-neglected,tortured and treated like an outcast his whole life-even as a professional clown& stand-up comedian-his dreams got ripped away from him-just so painful to watch-that moment when he slides his fingers into both sides of his mouth,to 'create' a smile has so much resonance
True but you are setting aside the big picture. That's life... The story is about overcoming an extremely difficult life situation. Whether it happens in a certain period of time or it is simply the way life has presented to you. How life choices can help you to go through from bottom to top and down and up.
I understand that's life,and I'm not setting aside the big picture-my point was purely in reference to Joaquin Phoenix and his portrayal of Arthur Fleck,and the horrendous treatment his character had to endure-my comment wasn't supposed to reference the struggles we all face,every day-and yes-you have a point-we can choose whether those struggles can beat us down,or create a stronger person.
