FYI: Your audio setup is most likely not configured for hearing tests, so this test is probably highly inaccurate and I recommend you go to an actual doctor to check your hearing if you're concerned. Your digital to analog converter(s), your amplifier(s), your headphones/speakers, your OS' audio output architecture, the software and programming used, the audio file's format, bitrate, etc. will all affect the output of the sound.

This test is great! I combined it with a tone generator I found on the web, and between the two I have a good understanding of my slow, steady decline since first diagnosed 11 years ago at my ENT DR.
My left ear taps out at 10.4kHz, and my right at 8kHz (per the tone generator). This vid shows me that my left is slightly stronger than my right even at 500, 2.5k and 7k. And both ears do not hear anything at 7kHz at -36db.
So far I have no issues in everyday life, including conversations at a table in a restaurant with significant background noise. I think when I start to tap out at 5kHz I will have issues and see an audiologist for hearing aids.

The DAC, amplifier, analog output, operating system's audio output architecture, software, format, bitrate, etc. all affect the output of the sound. It's not adjusted for hearing tests until you make it so. I bet the audio is compressed around 16 kHz. (I'm alao listening on Sennheiser 6XX's, lmao.)

My right ear is so messed up. I can hear everything perfectly fine in my left ear, but im nearly half deaf in my right😅
(Edit) I just got surgery in my right ear and I'll be able to fully hear in it in a couple months!!
(Edit 2) So it's been a few months since surgery, and the hearing got better-ish, but for some reason out of no where it will just hurt. The feeling kinda feels like a cut on my ear drum. The thing is, I've been feeling this weird pain since 6th grade, and I'm in 10th now. I figured the surgery would help with the pain but it didn't, and my hearing is just getting worse and worse over time.
For those wondering what was wrong with my ear, I had gotten tubes in 7th grade, about 6 months after I had started feeling that cutting pain and hearing less. The tubes helped with my hearing for a little while, but didn't help with the pain whatsoever, and even made it worse. The thing is, tubes are supposed to fall out on there own, and my left one did after around 10 or 12 months. And after that, my left ear stopped hurting. But around mid-freshmen year, my right tube still hadn't fallen out, and the pain increased while my hearing decreased. So that's when we went to a doctor and he said that my ear drum had grown over my tube. So my tube was literally inside my ear drum, and the surgery was to cut it open and get it out.
4 months later, the pain is still there, and will probably be there forever. And my hearing is decent, but I still can't fully hear out of it, and it's getting worse over time.

I have pressure in my left ear and my hearing is damaged. I concluded this not only from the test provided here. Cleaning my ears with a cotton bud, it was obvious I can't hear high frequencies on the left.

There’s sort of a pulsing effect to this, is there not? Eight “whirs” on every sound? Both my ears could hear up to 12,000, but if I’m not mistaken, my right ear couldn’t quite detect the pulsing past 7,000. I wonder why that is. Maybe it’s to do with earwax, or the differences in the shapes of my ears? Maybe my headphones? I feel like there might be a little more earwax in my right ear right now, so I’m leaning towards it being mainly that.

But then I tried putting the headphones backwards and there were moments when I could hear the right side but not the left side, so it me something with the cable. Its weird, maybe someone will read this and help me: When Ive got Headphones I always hear music more to the left and not only music. I have the feeling that I hear the music a bit less on the right ear. Also my right ear is super sensitive to low basses, when I hear a lot of certain bass frequencies the right ear hurts after a short time.
So I made this test: I could hear a bit above 16k but then my left ear stopped but on the right I stil could hear a bit of the 19k, which makes no sense as I have the feeling my right ear is worse than my left...
