I'm sorry to point out the obvious.... apart from confusing cars like the firebird with the camaro and a Chevelle with an Impala.... and like skillshots seid... Most of These cars, even the quattro s1 have been reimagined by using retrodesign or at least taking cues on their forebearers. There are a lot of more iconic cars that deserve a rebirth. Take an e-type, a Bugatti atlantique, BMW m1, de tomaso pantera.... there are so many.....
Wait... Chevrolet Firebird? Also curious to why we need to "bring back" the Corvette? As far as i know it never went away other than that one year in 1983?
The majority of these are all awesome classics. Literally every one of these cars has a modern version. Minus the firebird...RIP Pontiac. The VW had and has crumple zone issues, bad design, classic and modern. And audi is not ever going to have a cardbaord box for a car(while cool). I have no idea what this video was asking for, but they all have a modern equivalents with their prospective manufacturer. Most of them are awesome still. The only mark that is missed in your request is for an electric drivetrain (literally said during most examples) and a few manufacturers have that already announced or a similar take on the nameplate mentioned with some kind of ev or phev in the works.
