@anthony Robinson dorm actually are professional swimmers. They stated in the beginning of the video that there were multiple college swimmers that were competing in heat 3
i swim twice a day for two hours each and my warm up is a 300 free on 4:00 100 kick on 1:30 then another 300 on on 4:00 another 100 kick on 1:30 then 200 I M on 2:30 then 3 100 I M

I have worked out for years and I walked into a restaurant with my 18-1/2" biceps and heard someone say that guy is on steroids. Which is not the case totally natural as I believe these girls are. All the couch lizard hates should try working out a couple hours a day for a year and see what happens.

sure budy, if you love what you do you dont make it a competition and you dont make it something serious unless of you just do it for the attention and yes i know some people do it to challenge themselves but your only opponent should be yourself and lets face it most people do it because they love competition not the sport
ADUSEI6111 a bit of comp is nice. but for real, some people take the piss. like sauna comps, fishing comps, yoga comps, eating comps, vaping comps. you see the picture. its a bit stupid with some of them. crossfit isn't any different. while the concept is intresting, I don't see this being all that good for you. especially as a lot of gym pros get injured from doing it
