The solo album Trevor's talking about is called, "Can't Look Away" & I've always thought that it was pretty damn good. Alan White plays on a couple of tracks. It's got 3 or 4 ballads/slow songs, but they're still good. Trevor is great on it. If you don't have it, good luck finding it.

drewper73 Such an amazing album. Eyes of Love, Hold On To Me, I Didn't Think It Wouldn't Last, Sorrow, I Can't Look Away, Something To Hold On To, Promises, Cover Up, The Cape, I Miss You Now, etc. One of my favorite albums.

Oooh, you know Trevor was ready to bite that roadie's head off for handing him a guitar that wasn't ready to go. Also, I really like the little touches that Howe & Wakeman add here and there. I like the live version better than the studio version. They didn't play this song in Atlanta on July 9th. They played Long Distance Runaround instead, which is fine with me. They began playing Saving My Heart three days later on the 12th.

I use to be a big fan of Trevor, Jon and Rick... Sure they contributed to Yes, the music world and no denying their virtuosity however, their attitude it's just lame, tired and childish; in my opinion. I have decided to exercise my power, so I am keeping my money in my pocket and never buy from the three artist. Simply because of their attitude sad sad sad!!!!

They are honestly the nicest guys you could ever meet. They really care about the music and their fans. I hope that you continue to listen! Yes is love!

@Jaime Myers I'm sorry that you had a negative experience. Certainly it's true that the band went through several rocky transitions, but I like to believe that there was always a message of love through the music and a genuine care for fans... (Even if it wasn't always shown.) They're HUMAN. Lol.

WOW. I had never heard this Rabin song. It was well done in my opinion.
It is so fabulous to see all these individually talented musicians from different eras and YES band formats seemingly enjoying being a part of this tour and playing wonderfully together to make the best live versions of these classic YES songs I've ever heard.
    Long live TRUE LIVE MUSIC!
I'm gonna watch all these episodes by Elana77960. Thanks for sharing!

It’s a shame they couldn’t keep it together. It’s the best version of Yes that ever existed. The amount of possible directions they could have gone in was infinite. They had the best of all of Yes incarnations. All they needed was a way to give everyone equal opportunity to participate and it would have worked out better. The problem was the reunion and Union album was thrown together by managers instead of carefully arranged by said managers. It’s obvious they could have continued to worked together if they didn’t let egos get in the way.

This is the pop era that saved the band as well as Phil Collins saved Genesis. But both had nothing to do with their ambitious past.

anonymusum I can see why you'd compare the 2 but Genesis' evolution to a more pop oriented sound was more organic than Yes' in my opinion. 90125 has its moments but sort of became a Yes album by circumstance. Whereas you can listen to each Genesis album and see where the progression happens!
