@@williemays2 she wanted stardom for herself and couldn't stand that she couldn't get a piece of the action. and she seemed to be a psycho with a bit of a drug problem.
I wrote this after another similar clip: I've watched SNL since it began and to me Phil Hartman was them most talented cast member in the most talented cast--well, maybe Dana Carvey tied him & Jon Lovitz was a close third in that group. Usually it's surprising when an entire episode of SNL is funny (like the one where Melissa McCarthy first did Spicer), but with that cast they seemed to have a year and a half of nothing but excellent shows. The episodes where Shatner and Mel Gibson stand out in my mind. That cast had great writers too.
Have watched SNL since about S1E3... Have forgotten many cast members, but among the best of the best for me, and fondly remembered, were Hartman and Lovitz. My favorite Christmas carols will always be sung by Tarzan, Tonto, and Frankenstein.
Great comedians like Phil Hartman & John Candy are among the most irreplaceable people in society. They're usually funny in unique ways and making people happier and getting us to see life more lightly from different angles is a wonderful gift they give us.

They were in each other's stuff for years. They had a collaboration that lasted until Phil's death. Everyone who saw/heard Phil knew how talented he was. Is the interviewer Dennis Miller?
No one seems to have a bad word for Phil Hartman. From SNL to the Simpsons to News Radio he was great.
-- his only fault was marrying a gold digger --- happens to the best of 'em ---

His wife disagrees.
Yeah. He married the only person who hated him. 😞
Phil was by far the most talented of all the cast members from SNL, of any generation.

Phil touched so many people. Hope his kids are ok. What a loss.

Unfrozen Caveman lawyer.
Jon Lovitz, the most overlooked, under-appreciated SNL cast member of all time, and it's not really close.
I love the one where he plays Satan on the People's Court.

Sadly yes.

lovitz looks decent
This interviewer looks like Rob Lowe's distant cousin from Texas
A mix between Rob Lowe and Tim Robbins
It's Dennis Miller
I still forget he's gone because my subconscious won't allow it.
Euw- Denny poopy pants. What a shart....
Its so hard to stomach Dennis Miller after viewing many of his hateful right wing rants.
The left is even more hateful- destroying the world.
Sorry to hear about your delicate constitution. 🤮
