Burg.L has actually guided you to the right path. The Story Chips actually arent bad to GO FOR since there are well placed limiters where you cant progress through them easily without previously discovered stuff. Do not fret of the idea that you'll quickly finish the game. BTW perfect block is key.. use the insect's SOUND and MOVEMENT queues to time it perfectly tho with mosquitoes and other flying creatures hard shielding is the way so you dont bounce them away with a perfect block.

Frankly, Evan was actually pretty lucky to get stuck in Dan the Hampster III's grave at night. He didn't have to fight his way past the wolf spiders because they were out on patrol. lol
I love your Grounded series! I can’t always attend the streams and really appreciate that I can catch up later on RUclips. Also, Katelyn’s dad is awesome, I love that he watches your streams and brings the dad energy.

I don't know why bees are noted as 'Neutral' when peeped. They're aggressive the minute you reach that picnic table. I suppose the only place they're not aggressive is when they're not near the picnic table. Little misleading though xD

I feel like Katelyn is not getting her share of the upgraded weapons and armor. It's actually something that has been bothering me this entire playthrough.

That's every game they played. It's part of their dynamic. He also leaves her behind all the time. I don't think he means to, it's just enthusiasm to try it himself, and usually a lot of impatience.
I think Katelyn will speak up if she's bothered by it. She has done in the past with several games.
i do agree that it’s unequal, but i also think it’s because they have different playing styles and it also depends on the game, here with everything being dangerous, katelyn chooses the defend and run strategy more while evan uses the kill strategy, which when he’s overpowered by the bugs, can die quick, so it makes more sense for her to have defensive armor while he has better weapons.
I totally get that it’s just Evan’s personality to get so excited about a game and just want to upgrade everything lol, and I love Evan and Katelyn’s dynamic when playing survival games like this. Butttttt I do find myself feeling bad for Katelyn a lot 😂
Prime example of this is when all Evan wanted to do was explore the next place without having any idea of what it was (upper yard), but Katelyn brought him back to reality saying they should probably focus on finding the next lab to give the streams a beg/middle/end.
Moral: Evan and Katelyn compliment each other in the best of ways and Evan just gets really excited and ahead of himself sometimes 😂🥰
Guys, listen. I know we all bring our own background to whatever situation we análise, but the only person that gets a say and can feel q certain way about this or jot, is Katelyn. I’m a support player, I don’t need all the latest equip and to be at the frontline, maybe she’s that too. And they’ve been together for YEARS and playing games and interacting with each other in a thousand more situations than we see, so I know we’re all very well intentioned here, but at the end it’s up to her to feel any way about this, and if she does, I guarantee you all that she would bring this up to her husband off cameras, and if she doesn’t, we all just accept that this is their dynamic and they’re happy with it

What a good time! I've been having to wait between episodes -- filling my time watching older gameplays. So far my favorites are Subnautica/Blow Zero and The Raft, they're pretty similar to this.

Fill 5L bucket with water and pour it to 3L bucket, Now in that 5L bucket has 2L of water,
discard the water from 3L and fill it with the 2L water from the 5L bucket,
refill the 5L bucket and pour the water to the 3L bucket that has 2L bucket so it became 3L,
now the 5L bucket has 4L of water, then discard water from the 3L bucket,
then you fill that 3L bucket with the 4L water from 5L bucket
and the remaining water in the 5L bucket are 1L of water 😆😆

This has been bugging me for the last 6 episodes. I'm surprised they didn't figure it out themselves to be honest. The first time they upgraded, I could tell they each get a milk molar per pick-up.

It would be nice, if you build/make things off-line, to do a view of the things you made since the last video. I'm trying to see what is new, and you just scan over them so fast. // For the long, slow zip-line - can't you build the starting point a bit higher so there's more of an angle? // And I'm still waiting for more 'Animal Crossing!'

LOL after watching your vids, and others in the last couple of years, I can't help but laugh at how often is used the term 'wholesome.' It has become such a byword, these days, but all I remember is my mother RAGING against its use, particularly in advertising (because it was a word never used in any other context before the millenium), because it had NO semantic meaning whatsoever. Advertisers told you something was 'wholesome,' to get you to buy a product, when they had no actual definable value -- for example, bread made from wheat that had been so heavily bleached that it no longer was nutritional, except for its caloric content. (Wonder Bread, I'm looking at YOU!)
Do your headsets hurt after awhile? I’ve been searching for a good set that doesn’t hurt my ears or the top of my head.

OMG FIRST I LOVE U
I'll be honest, I'm struggling to enjoy watching them play the game, (as someone who had played through 90% of the game) the fact they have it on easy just ruins the enjoyment abit cause easy mode makes it way to easy, and I can say right now they are never gonna have much reason to advance, to get stronger base martial, put in effort to get better weapons, make better healing items, better canteens, better food, they are never gonna need any of those things
katelyn is always making the video less fun
Just a tip for healing, bandages are great for a lot of healing over time, but in combat smoothies heal a lot, especially if you choose muscle sprouts as their base instead of grub sludge.
If you don't want to hunt for specific ingredients for the smoothies you can use any 3 things and just create "questionable slop" smoothies, no effect just healing.
So I harvest gnats for food, and use their fuzz and muscle sprouts for smoothies.
