Perfect for small to medium family. Mjo napa "what the..." lang ako at 12:18 bumukas yung door. Ako lang siguro yun. Too much ghosthunters on my feed 😅
the helper's room looks like a storage room for cleaning tools. Why is the toilet in front of the garage. So when the maids take a bath, they have to pass thru the front to get to their room. Poor design imo,.That's what i noticed with Filipino design houses: the helper's room never looks like a room..

I dont like the helper's quarters. It's so cluster phobic, looks like a prison cell at a maximum security here in the States. Just don't understand why every home I watched on RUclips, it seems the quarters for the helpers are so tiny & some of them don't have windows. Have the builders ever thought that helpers are also essential workers & as such at least provide them with a decent bedroom to rest & not being too cluster phobic. Sorry, for the rant.
