Question.
I want to begin styling my hair without having to add additions like weaves and braids.will that cause breakage.
Like just twist it and leave them there for a while?how bad or how good can that be for my hair.will it cause breakage or growth?

Diana Tumwagale Twisting up your hair without added extensions would definitely be better for your hair and make breakage less likely. I regularly twist my hair up and leave it alone for a week. You can probably leave the twists in for 2-3 weeks without tangling. Just be careful when taking them down and do a good deep condition afterwards. I hope that helped 🙂
