I assume the only reason he didn’t win was because of his height? The dude looks INCREDIBLE. Perfect abs, massive arms. Beats a lot of the other dudes out there without tallying up marks.

These short guys really give the Mr O's a hard time, aesthetic muscles and short but stacked legs and forearms make them look like monsters. I admire the old era of bodybuilding. 70's, 80's and 90's would be such a great years to workout in those famous gyms. I don't know when i'm gonna be able to hit the weights again. But I'm taking these as motivation for sure. 💪👽

He says 20 sets 6-8 reps, but does he do straight sets, or pyramid sets. Does he do pyramid sets and then saves reps in the tank untill the final set, or does he do straight sets and goes to almost failure on every set. I want a complete break down on how he does it. Anybody got any info
