On Keto you should make sure that you're getting enough electrolytes and sodium, or you will be tired. If you drink a lot of water and coffee you may actually dehydrate yourself. Cheat days though...aren't really a thing..would mess up your progress every time.
@@ligokleftis You'd be surprised. A lot of people do keto improperly, and are essentially just on low-carb diets, but don't fast and don't avoid foods which spike insulin. That said, at least he's not the average streamer pushing back energy drinks. these days.
