When you delete these worksets won’t it affect the model? U mean to say that it should be done at the first or anytime to do this?

No, it wouldn't affect the model and you can do it anytime!!! Let's say you have a wall belonging to "Architecture workset" so once you decide to delete this workset, Revit will ask you if you want to move this wall to another workset or deleted completely from your model!!!

      Hi, hope you're doing well🙂
There is many solutions for your question based on the missing families.
▶️In case you lost system families, you should open a new template file along with your existing project and transfer project standards.Follow the steps below:
1-Open both the new template and your project.
2-In the new template, click Manage tab -->Settings panel -->Transfer Project Standards
3-In the Select Items to Copy dialog, select the source project for Copy from
      4-Select the desired project standards
      5-Click OK
▶️In case you lost loadable families and you have already saved those families outside the project as an .rfa file. You follow the steps below:
      1-Go to insert tab
      2-Load Family
3-Locate and select the .rfa family to load it back into your project
▶️In case you have a backup file, for example : filename.0001.rvt
      you follow the steps below:
      1-Open the file
2-Right click on the families you lost
3-Save the families in one place
      4-Open your project
5-Load the families in your project

@@revitkeys7089 thank you but it doesn't works. For my system families I needed curtain walls and some types of walls. So in the new project family, I click transfer project standards and select those two, then click ok, but nothing happens
